POTENTIAL USER PROFILE QUESTIONAIRE

Introduction:

FADECO is in the process of setting up a fully-fledged information/ resource tele-center at Kayanga, with unlimited access to the internet/email. The main objective of the telecentre,is to provide unlimited access to quality information to the population in Karagwe district, as a tool towards development. In the process of doing so, FADECO would like to make an inventory of community/ individual needs.

FADECO thinks you are interested in accessing up-to-date and quality information a number of global, international, national and local issues. Access to the internet at affordable costs would help you quench this thirst for information. Please take some few minutes to respond to this questionnaire, as correctly and sincerely as possible. This will help FADECO to tailor the appropriate information services for you.

d) Both internet/ email services would be available 24 hours. Would you like to pay for these services?
