Founder and Director

Tanzanian National. BA. Philosophy(Urban University, Rome), Dip.Theology, Dip. Modern Mngt.& Admin.( Cambridge- UK), Dip. Personnel Mngt.& Industrial Relations(Cambridge-UK), Certificate in Renewal Energy technologies (Centre for Alternative Technology-UK). Has has extensive training in post harvest management at the University of Infruitec, Stellenbosch, Cape Town. Has facilitated both local and international workshops on sustainable agricultural and rural development in Kenya, Beijing- China and in the UK. Been involved in rural development for more than 10 years and has worked with several international organization (ACORD-UK and SCF-UK) and Chairman of local NGO Network called KADENVO in Karagwe district.

ELIETH KIKAKA (MRS)

Admin./ Office Manager

Tanzanian National. High School Certificate of Education. Apprenticeship training in food processing. 3 years experience working with OLAM Coffee processing plant in Kagera Region before joining FADECO.


PERPETUA PONTIANA (Ms)

Field Officer

Tanzanian National. O' Level certificate of education. Training in post harvest drying. Has been working with FADECO since 1995 and has undergone training in various fields : organic farming, food processing.

SOSTHENES BIKOGOTO

Projects Coordinator

Tanzanian National. Diploma in Civil Aviation (Tim Air Services, Dar Es salaam), Diploma in Social and Rural Development. 10 years as pilot, and 15 years in social work with vulnerable groups of people including street children and orphans.
